This week, I want to dive deeper into the philosophy behind the StoryPath Protocol. In the previous email, we discussed “Flooding the Zone” — an aggressive, high-energy strategy that might feel overwhelming, especially for perfectionists. But here’s the key: it’s all about progress over perfection. The more content you produce, the better you’ll get, and your audience will take notice. In fact, they’ll appreciate the raw, unpolished transparency and feel more connected to you as you consistently show up across platforms.

My Top 3 “F Bombs” in the StoryPath Protocol

  1. Focus – Before you create any content, always research your focus keyword. The sweet spot? A keyword that’s relevant, has a monthly search volume of 1,000+, and faces low to medium competition. Nail that, and you’re off to a great start.

  2. Formatting – A well-structured SEO article of 1,000+ words should grab attention with a compelling title and intro, placing the primary keyword early on. Use H2 subheadings to guide readers, with sections that define the topic, highlight its value, offer actionable steps, and address common challenges. Wrap up with a strong conclusion, including a clear call to action, and sprinkle internal/external links and keywords for maximum search visibility.

  3. Frequency – I saved the best for last. We live in a noisy world, and if you think a "one-and-done" content approach will work, you’ll lose out fast. Consistency is key. By regularly sharing your story with a growing audience, you build trust, foster loyalty, and create meaningful engagement.

To me, frequency is like a tried-and-true math formula. Hit your audience with valuable content or well-targeted ads 7 to 13 times (those all-important touchpoints), and your prospects will take action. But, for this to work, factors like ad relevance, targeting precision, offer urgency, and the trust you’ve already built with your brand are crucial. With the right strategy and a warm audience, you might even see conversions with fewer touchpoints!
